How We Verify Results
Every result on dear1crore.com comes from the official source. We don't publish unverified numbers, reader submissions, or predictions. This page walks through where our data comes from, how our team checks it, and what happens when something needs to be corrected — so you can decide for yourself whether to trust what you see here.
Where Our Data Comes From
For every lottery we cover, our team takes results directly from the official state lottery department's public channels — the government's own website, the authorised publisher, or the operator designated by the state directorate. We never rely on social media posts, WhatsApp groups, or unofficial aggregators. Each module has its own documented source path that our editors use to re-check any number.
We don't publish the specific source pages here — partly because those pages sometimes change URLs when state directorates update their websites, and partly because we want readers focused on what matters: every number you see has been checked against the authoritative published result before going live.
If a result can't be confirmed from its official source, we hold off on publishing — even if other websites have already posted it. Getting it right matters more than getting it out first.
How Often We Post New Results
Each lottery has its own publication window, so our team tracks each one on its own timeline. A few examples:
- Lottery Sambad: we publish results for all three draws — 1 PM, 6 PM, and 8 PM — typically within 5-10 minutes of the official declaration
- Kerala State Lottery: results go up shortly after the 3 PM daily draw
- Shillong Teer: First Round numbers around 3:55 PM, Second Round around 4:55 PM
- Kolkata Fatafat: all eight bazis tracked from morning to evening, posted as each one is declared
Our team monitors each source throughout the day. When a new result is released, we publish it here after it passes the checks described below. The Recently Updated block on the homepage shows the exact time each result went live.
Accuracy Checks Before We Publish
Every result passes through a short verification before it reaches this site:
- Format check: the ticket number has to match the expected pattern for that lottery (for example, Lottery Sambad 1st-prize tickets are always a single digit followed by a letter and five digits — something like
87A 12345). - Duplicate check: we confirm we haven't already recorded a number for that draw date and time slot.
- Cross-validation: when a lottery releases both a result image and a PDF, we check the numbers line up in both before posting.
- Source record: we keep a record of the exact source page we took each result from, so any editor can re-verify later if a reader questions a number.
If any check fails, the result is held back for an editor to review before going live.
How Corrections Work
Mistakes are rare, but they happen — most often when the official source itself puts out a number and then revises it within the first half-hour after a draw. When that happens:
- Our team checks the official source again on the next pass and notices the change.
- The corrected number replaces the old one.
- The "last updated" timestamp on the page is bumped so readers know the record has been revised.
- For major corrections — especially 1st-prize changes — we add a revision note to the result page.
Spotted an error we missed? Please email contact@dear1crore.com with the lottery name, draw date, draw time, and a link to the correct result on the official site. We respond to correction requests within 24 hours.
Who Reviews Our Data
Data integrity on Dear 1 Crore is owned by Ratan Singh (Data & Verification Editor). Ratan personally reviews our publishing logs each week, audits flagged results, and signs off on process changes. Every result page displays his byline.
Editorial policy, correction workflow, and legal compliance are handled separately — see About Us for the full editorial team.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell tickets. We are an informational portal only.
- We do not predict winning numbers. All "common numbers" and chart pages on this site are historical-only displays — past results have no statistical relationship to future draws.
- We do not modify results to favor any operator, agent, or outcome. Results appear exactly as the official source publishes them.
- We do not accept paid content, sponsored results, or promotional manipulation of result display order.
Your Feedback Keeps Us Accurate
